How it factors into your estimate
- Sheet counts come from wall and ceiling area divided by sheet coverage, then waste is applied.
- Compound, tape, screws and bead are carried as separate lines instead of a lump allowance.
- Level of finish changes labor hours — Level 5 costs more than Level 4.
