How it factors into your estimate
- Cubic yards are derived from area and an assumed slab thickness — confirm against structural drawings.
- Reinforcing, vapor barrier, forming lumber and finishing are separate lines.
- Structural concrete requires engineered drawings and inspections in every jurisdiction.
